The right 'filter_save' grants the ability to save the current filter.

Description
This right allows saving the current filter. It does not apply to saving a new filter, only to saving the current one. An extra button appears in the filter screen for this action. This button also provides options to show the filter list, reset the current filter, and switch to advanced search.
