How do I unlink a customer from a company?
A customer can be unlinked from a company. Follow the steps below:
- Open the dashboard of the customer you want to unlink from the company.
- Hover over the block menu of the 'Company Information' block.
- Click the gear icon.
- In the dropdown menu, click 'Unlink Company'.
- The message 'Are you sure you want to unlink this company?' will appear. Click 'Confirm'.
- The customer can now be linked to another company.
