How do I add multiple customer fields to the dashboard of a customer?
Customer fields are fields used to obtain information from the customer during the reservation process that are standard in the available customer form. Examples include: first name, last name, email address, and phone number. To configure which fields are visible on the customer dashboard in the 'Customer Details' block, follow the steps below:
- Move the mouse cursor to the top section of the 'Customer Details' block and click the configure icon.
- Click on 'Settings'.
- Drag the fields you want to display in the block from the 'Available Fields' column to the 'Displayed Fields' column and click 'Save'.
- The fields will now be visible in the 'Customer Details' block on the customer dashboard.
Changing the order of the fields
- Move the mouse cursor to the top section of the 'Customer Details' block and click the configure icon.
- Click on 'Settings'.
- Drag the fields into the desired order and click 'Save'.
Filling in or editing personal details
- Move the mouse cursor to the top section of the 'Customer Details' block and click the configure icon.
- Click on 'Edit Customer Details'.
- The customer details will all become editable.
- Fill in the fields and click 'Save'.
