Customer fields are fields used to obtain information from the customer during the reservation process that are standard in the available customer form. Examples include: first name, last name, email address, and phone number. To configure which fields are visible on the customer dashboard in the 'Customer Details' block, follow the steps below:

  1. Move the mouse cursor to the top section of the 'Customer Details' block and click the configure icon.
  2. Click on 'Settings'.
  3. Drag the fields you want to display in the block from the 'Available Fields' column to the 'Displayed Fields' column and click 'Save'.
  4. The fields will now be visible in the 'Customer Details' block on the customer dashboard.

Changing the order of the fields

  1. Move the mouse cursor to the top section of the 'Customer Details' block and click the configure icon.
  2. Click on 'Settings'.
  3. Drag the fields into the desired order and click 'Save'.

Filling in or editing personal details

  1. Move the mouse cursor to the top section of the 'Customer Details' block and click the configure icon.
  2. Click on 'Edit Customer Details'.
  3. The customer details will all become editable.
  4. Fill in the fields and click 'Save'.
