Can I change the status of all the bookings of an event?
When an activity is cancelled, you can change the status of all reservations made for that activity at once. Via 'Change reservation status' in the activity’s action block, you can change the status of all reservations. When a status change occurs, an email or SMS can be sent automatically. If communication is sent automatically, the name of the template (email and/or SMS) will be indicated under the status.
In general, the status within a single activity will usually be the same for all reservations. In that case, only one type of email will be sent.
