Export data

Lists of data are displayed via various filter screens. For example, the reservations filter shows the reservations, by default only future reservations that count towards availability. It is possible to adjust lists (filters) yourself and show exactly what you are looking for. A list of canceled reservations or a list of all reservations from last month is possible. Always adjust the criteria.

Frequently asked: can I also download these reservations to Excel?

Short answer: yes, you can.

This is turned off by default. Why actually? This is for safety reasons. If you can always just click on Excel on any page, any employee can also download lists with customer data. This creates a privacy problem.
To overcome this problem, the ability to download data is a right. The right has filter_export.

By explicitly enabling this right, the administrator can assign the right to a specific group and thus one or more users.
If you are not an administrator of the system, ask the administrator to grant this right.
