Sharing information

How to share a Filter, for example, or a Dashboard, can be found in the admin of these components (see Views). Unless shared, these items are visible only to the current user.

Sharing information can be done in various ways:

• Not - the user who owns the item is the only one authorised to see the filter/dashboard
• Everyone - every user is authorised to see the filter/dashboard
• A specified user - both the owner and a specified user can see the filter/dashboard
• A specified group - both the owner and all users in the specified group can see the filter/dashboard
• Users and groups combined - you can also make a combination of specified users and groups
