How do I add a gift certificate to a new booking?

When creating a reservation via 'New reservation' or 'New via calendar', a gift card can be entered in the 'Other' block. It is also possible to enter multiple gift cards for the same reservation. To do this, confirm each code after entering it by pressing Enter.
