Instruction

When the system indicates that bookings outside of opening hours are not allowed, this is due to a specific permission not being assigned to a user group. This permission can easily be granted, allowing bookings outside of opening hours again.

Assigning the permission to a user group

  • Log in to the backend
  • Go to Configuration mode
  • Click on System
  • Click on User groups
  • Select the appropriate user group and click Assign permissions
  • Click on Not assigned
  • Search in the list for the permission action_booking_override_openingstijden
  • Check this permission and click Assign to this group at the bottom
The following right may be necessary in order to use this functionality.
