Can I work with players?

In certain situations it is desirable to work with players in relation to a reservation. This includes sports reservations, such as tennis, squash and padel. Usually 2 or more players are involved. There is then a person who books (the first player) and one or more other players. These can be people who are known or guests.

The general process:

• Contact person makes a reservation
• When making the reservation, the contact person will specify the number of players
• The players can be searched for. This shows an avatar plus part of the name. Or a guest is chosen.
• Contact person makes the reservation final
• An invitation will be sent to the known players with an acceptance link
• The invited players accept (or decline) the invitation
• If all players have accepted the invitation, the reservation will get a new status
