I've lost my password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten the password for your account, you can click on the 'Can't access your account?' link on the login screen. There you will have the option to indicate that you have forgotten your password. By entering your username, an email will be sent to the registered email address allowing you to set a new password. Passwords are stored in encrypted form and therefore cannot be recovered or retrieved.

With the option forgot username, it is also possible to request your username.
