How do I delete a status code for an event?

When a status is eligible for deletion, a trash bin icon will appear in the Action column. Status codes of the type System can only be edited; by definition, these system statuses cannot be deleted.

To delete a status, follow the steps below:

1. Go to configuration mode by clicking on Configuration in the dropdown under your username (top right).
2. Click on Configuration – Activity Status Codes in the menu.
3. The Activity Status Configuration screen will appear.
4. In the Action column, click on the Delete icon (trash bin).
