Roster settings (fields, scale and functional)
In Manage roster, click Settings next to a roster for the collapsible Roster Settings screen, split into three sections.
Field settings
| Field | Effect |

| Show tooltip | shows a tooltip on hovering over a block, with the fields you select below (e.g. Booking, Customer, From, To, Status, Participants, Room layout) |
| Hide field labels in tooltip | shows only the values in the tooltip, without the field label in front |
| Show information in bookings | determines which fields are directly visible in the block itself (so without having to hover) |
| Hide field labels in appointments | same as above, but for the information in the block |
| Show block custom fields | shows selected custom fields in the block; the Customer and Company dropdowns let you also show a custom field from the customer or company |
| Display details (after click) | determines where the detail panel appears after clicking a block, for example "Below roster" |
Scale settings
| Field | Effect |

| Scale | the time unit of the main axis, e.g. Hour |
| Column header format | date/time format of the column or row headers, e.g. %H:%i |
| Hide periods | number of periods hidden at the start (e.g. night-time hours) |
| Period size | length of one period in the chosen scale unit |
| Number of periods | total number of periods shown, e.g. 24 hours |
| Show second scale | adds a second, coarser time indication above the main axis, e.g. Day above Hour |
| Second scale format | date/time format of that second axis, e.g. %F %d |
| Blocks custom height | fixed height in pixels for blocks; at 0 the duration determines the height |
Functional settings
| Field | Effect |
|---|---|
| Highlight rule | when pointing at one block, also highlights all other blocks matching the same rule, for example "Based on customer": all blocks of that same customer light up |
| Parallel booking allowed | allows several overlapping bookings in the same column/row to be shown side by side, instead of blocking a booking |
| Round time based on blocks | rounds the start and end time while dragging to the size of a block (see Period size) |
| Blocks full height | makes every block take up the full cell height, regardless of its actual duration |
| Hide save button | hides the save button in the dialog that opens when creating/changing a booking or activity from the roster |
| New screen on save | opens a new screen after saving instead of returning to the roster |
