How do I manage two-factor-authentication of users?
It is possible to adjust users' two-factor authentication (2FA) as an administrator. This is useful, for example, when a user has lost their authentication code.
On the users' dashboard, there is a column with green padlocks indicating that two-step verification is active for a user. When you click on the green padlock, a pop-up will appear to confirm the removal of the two-factor authentication.
It is not possible to enable two-step verification as an administrator because the user must be able to store the generated authentication code themselves.
