Adding the AI Widget to your website
The AI Widget is a chat window you place on your own website. Visitors can chat directly about availability, make a booking and, after verification, change or cancel an existing booking.
Setting up the widget
- Go to Configuration > AI settings. Required right: menu_confmod_ai.
- Open the AI Widget tab.
- Configure the widget as needed.
- Copy the embed script and place it on your website.
The widget talks over the same MCP channel as external agents, so the same confidence levels and rights apply. See How does the AI integration work?.
