Description
Gives access to the tool booking_add_payment_plan (operation booking.add_payment). This is the plan half: the tool shows what would change and writes nothing. Carrying it out takes the apply tool, which has a right of its own: tool_operations_booking_add_payment_apply. That way you can let someone look without letting them change anything.
For this action the plan issues a confirmation token that applying requires. So there is always a moment in between at which someone can have seen the plan.
The tool right is necessary but never sufficient. At the same time you need the master right tool_operations_use, this tool right and the ordinary rights entity_booking_update and action_booking_changefinancial — someone who may not perform the act in the screens may not perform it through AI either.
Without a logged-in user everything is refused, reading included.
