Description
This right lets a user use the Copy button on a product’s detail screen to duplicate an entire product. A new product is created (with a new id), including all settings, language fields (names, descriptions, memos), any sub-products and all parts: options, periods, participants, resources, prices, calendar, questions, attributes, e-mails, automatic e-mails and actions, documents and opening hours.
Copying into an existing product is also possible; in that case the target product’s configuration is first cleared and fully replaced by that of the source product.
Without this right the Copy button is hidden. It only appears together with the entity_object_create right and for an active product. To copy individual parts into existing products, see action_object_copy_parts.
