Video does not automatically play
Videos are included at various points in this manual.
These are embedded videos from YouTube. If these don't play or generate an error message, check the following.
Checklist – Video doesn't play on the i-Reserve Support page

Temporarily disable adblockers
Extensions like AdBlock, uBlock, Ghostery, DuckDuckGo, or Brave Shields often block YouTube. -
Open the page in a different browser
Test with Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. -
Test via a different internet connection
For example, use your phone's hotspot.
Does it work then? Then the company network is blocking YouTube. -
Check if YouTube itself works
Open https://youtube.com in the same browser.
If that doesn't work either, that's the cause. -
Clear cookies and site data for this site
Then reload it. -
Temporarily disable security software
Think of Kaspersky, Bitdefender, ESET web security.
