How do I make a booking for a specific customer?
You can make a booking for a customer in two different ways:
Via the customer dashboard
Search, for example, via the 'quick search' window on the name of the customer. Open the customer’s dashboard by clicking on their name. A new booking can now be made by clicking on ‘Create booking’ in the 'customer actions' block. The booking is directly linked to the customer.
Via New Booking
If a booking is make via the roster or via the 'Booking – Create booking’ menu, click on the button ‘Search customer’. Enter the name (or part of the name) and click on the relevant line (not the id). The customer is now linked to the booking.
