How do I change a customer status?
A customers status can change. In i-Reserve the default status codes are Active and Inactive. When a customer’s status is set to inactive, no booking nor invoice can be created for them.
The status of a customer can be changed on the customer dashboard by clicking on ‘change customer status’ in the ‘customer actions’ block. Also, an administrator can add additional customer statuses. You could even give the statuses different colours.
