You can easily send an e-mail from the customer dashboard by clicking on ‘Send e-mail’ in the customer actions block. A mail can be sent immediately, on the basis of an e-mail template, to the e-mail address that is linked to that customer. Choose 'Edit and send’ if you want to modify the text of the template. You can also CC or BCC additional e-mail addresses, however it is not possible to enter an e-mail address that is not yet known in i-Reserve.
