An activity has a status. This status determines several things, for example, whether you can make a reservation for the activity and/or whether the activity may be displayed on the customer pages.

Changing the status of an activity is done from the activity’s dashboard and is an action in the action block. Open the activity and click the 'Change activity' status button in the action block. A screen will appear where you can select a new status. Click the 'Change' button next to the new status.

It is not possible to set up an automated workflow based on changes to an activity’s status.
