An activity can be copied. This is essentially the same as creating a new activity, but based on the details of an existing one. There are several places from which an activity can be copied:

  1. From the dashboard of an activity. In the action block, click the 'Copy Activity' button.
  2. From the activity filter. In the filter, hover over the row of the activity and right-click. In the popup menu, click 'Copy this Activity'.
  3. From the activity schedule. Click on the activity in the schedule and then in the left menu, click 'Copy Activity'.

After clicking the 'Copy Activity' button, a screen will appear with the details of the selected activity. A new activity can then be created by adjusting the description, date, time, and/or location. The system checks whether the new activity is possible and notifies you if it is not. You can then review the conflicts. If desired, this can be checked again by clicking the refresh button. If no more conflicts are found, the activity can be saved. After saving, the dashboard of the new activity will be displayed immediately.

Is the activity part of a series (multiple days)? Then it is not possible to copy the activity.
