Change the status of a single booking

Open the booking whose status you want to change. In the action block, click on the link ‘Change status’. You will be presented with a list of possible target statuses. If, for example, you would like to change a booking to 70-CANCELLED, then click to the right of that option on the button ‘Change’. The message 'Status has changed' will be displayed. The possible target statuses may depend on the current status of the booking. Should there be an automatic action associated with the booking in the ‘Statuschange booking’ block, such as the sending of an e-mail, then the name of that e-mail template will be shown in a separate line under the ‘Change’ button.

Change the status of multiple bookings at the same time

Open the booking overview by clicking on the ‘Booking’ tab. Next, filter the bookings whose status you want to change (see the simple search page for more information on this). Now in the top right of the screen, click on the ‘Views’ button and then on ‘Bulk change’. In the screen that follows, you can select one or more bookings and then click on ‘Next’. Of the list of actions you can choose from, select ‘status change booking’ and then click on ‘Next’. Select the target status and again click on ‘Next’. Confirm that you wish to make the changes by clicking on ‘Proceed’.

Change the status of a series of bookings on an event

If an event does not take place (think of a course), then you can, for example, simply change the status of the bookings made for that event to cancelled. Open the dashboard of the event and in the action block, click on ‘status change for bookings’. The booking numbers and their current status are shown in green. Select the target status for the booking by clicking on ‘Change’. If successful, the message ‘status has been changed’ will be displayed.
