In i-Reserve, it is possible to manually send an email from the booking dashboard. The email is sent to the customer who made the specific booking. If desired, you can first edit the email (modify text, add text, attach files, add cc/bcc recipients) before sending it.

  • Go to any booking
  • Click Send email in the action block
  • Select the appropriate email template
  • Click the Send button next to it to send the email directly to the customer
  • Or click the Edit and send button, modify the email as needed, and then click Send email in the popup to send it

When the email status is set to inactive in the object view, it is not possible to use the Send button to manually send an email. However, it is still possible via the Edit and send button!
