How do I create a todo?
There are several ways to create a todo. The 'Create task' button can be found in different places:
- In the dropdown menu by clicking on the 'Todos' button in the menu bar;
- In the filter overview by clicking on the blue '+Add todo' button in the top right.
- On the dashboard of a reservation, customer, company, activity, or invoice by clicking on the 'Todos' tab at the bottom of the page;
- In the action block on the dashboard of a reservation, customer, company, activity, or invoice.
After clicking the 'Create task' button, the 'Add todo' window opens. Enter a description of the todo in the 'Todo' field and specify to whom the todo should be assigned. Set the priority and deadline and assign the todo to a category. Specify from which date the todo should be visible. In the text field, additional information about the todo can be provided. Click the 'Save' button. The todo will appear in the overview.
A todo can also be created directly on the dashboard of a reservation, customer, company, activity, or invoice by clicking on the 'Todos' tab at the bottom of the page or via the action block on the dashboard. Click the 'Create task' button to create a todo or click the 'Create multiple todos' button to create multiple todos based on a todo template belonging to a todo group. This option is only visible if the administrator has created todo groups.
