How do I create a todo?
There are several ways to create a todo. The 'Create task' button can be found in different places:
- In the 'Todos' menu in the general menu.
- In the filter overview by clicking on the '+Add todo' button.
- On the dashboard of a reservation, customer, company, activity, or invoice by clicking on the 'Todos' tab.
- In the action block on the dashboard of a reservation, customer, company, activity, or invoice.
After clicking the 'Create task' button, the 'Add todo' window opens. Enter a description of the todo in the 'Todo' field and specify to whom the todo should be assigned. Set the priority and deadline and assign the todo to a category. Specify from which date the todo should be visible. In the text field, additional information about the todo can be provided. Click the 'Save' button. The todo will appear in the overview.
A todo can also be created directly on the dashboard of a reservation, customer, company, activity, or invoice by clicking on the 'Todos' tab or via the action block on the dashboard. Click the 'Create task' button to create a todo or click the 'Create multiple todos' button to create multiple todos based on a todo template belonging to a todo group. This option is only visible if the administrator has created todo groups.
