How do I link a todo?
Depending on where a todo is created, it will automatically be linked to that context. A todo can be created in the following places and will then automatically be linked:
- the customer
- the company
- the reservation (product)
- the invoice
- the activity
When a todo is created for a specific activity, it will automatically be linked to that activity. It is also possible to link an existing todo to other contexts at a later time. The todo that is automatically linked to the activity can therefore also be linked to a specific reservation or customer within the activity.
Linking a todo to other contexts can be done by opening the respective todo. Behind the 'Links' section, a new link to one of the above contexts can be added using the +.
A link can be removed by opening the todo and clicking on the trash bin icon behind the link. By clicking on the +, the todo can be linked to another item. The item determines, among other things, on which dashboard the todo appears under the 'Todos' tab.
