Where do I find the AI settings?
Everything you configure for the AI agent sits in configuration mode under AI. That menu only appears when the AI module is switched on for your licence and you hold the right menu_confmod_ai; by default that right is in the Admin group only.
The menu has five parts. They each do something different, so it pays to know where to go.
| Part | What for |
|---|---|
| Agent settings | Switching the agent on or off, choosing which AI model answers, what the agent may offer and whether it may change bookings. See Agent settings. |
| Incoming email settings | The AI that reads incoming email and turns it into bookings. See Incoming email settings. |
| Tool console | Running a single MCP tool by hand and inspecting the raw result plus the audit row. Meant for testing. See Using the tool console. |
| AI conversations | Every conversation the agent has had, over chat, WhatsApp and phone, with duration, number of tool calls and the credits charged. See Reviewing AI conversations. |
| AI widget | Creating the chat widget for your own website and getting the embed code. See Adding the AI widget to your website. |
Two places, the same widget
The AI widget is also one of the embed types on the general Widgets page (Customer pages > Widget and buttons). It is the same widget: what you change in one place shows up in the other. The AI page only lists the AI widgets and puts the buttons you need for them together.
