Price per participant or per object
Example: a workshop costs € 25 per person. A customer books for 4 people. (For comparison: with room hire you charge one fixed amount regardless of the number of people.)
What does the customer see?
| Description | From date | From time | To time | Quantity | Subtotal |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Workshop – participation | Thu 23 Jul 2026 | 10:00 | 12:00 | 4 | € 100.00 |
| Total | € 100.00 |
When to use this
- Price per object: one amount regardless of the number of people (for example room hire).
- Price per participant: amount × number of people (for example workshop or tour), optionally with group discounts.
Step 2 — Price schema
Note: in time mode the system automatically turns each price row you add into 7 rows — one per weekday (Sun–Sat). Each row defaults to the whole day (0:00–24:00) at price 0. You then only adjust the price (and optionally the time window) on the days you need.
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Price per object | Calculation = Total price |
| Price per person | Calculation = Per participant |
| Different participant types | create a row per type and choose the right Participant type (e.g. child/adult) |
| Group discounts / tiers | use Participant from and Participant up to and including: a price per count range |
In the example Calculation = Per participant with price € 25; for 4 people this becomes 4 × € 25 = € 100.
