What is an administrator?

An ‘Administrator’ is a user who is able to login via the back-end management console in i-Reserve. This could be a manager, systems administrator or even a receptionist. The rights of such a user are dependent on the user group to which they are assigned. So, a user in the user group ‘Admin’ may be granted greater permissions/rights and could have more leverage in the system than a user in the group ‘Reception’. Even so, the users from both groups are considered to be ‘Administrator’ in i-Reserve.
