Customer actions block

Action-button panel on the customer detail screen: tasks, communication, creating related objects and customer management. Each button is individually guarded per right and module.

Actions

• Create a task or task group (right entity_todo_create).
• Activate a punch card (right action_customer_addknipkaart).
• Create a booking (right action_customer_addbooking).
• Create an invoice (right action_customer_addinvoice).
• Change the customer language (right action_customer_change_language).
• Change the status (right action_customer_statuschange).
• Send an e-mail (right action_customer_sendmail) or to a conversation (right entity_conversation_read); send an SMS (right action_customer_sendsms).
• Merge customers (right action_customer_merge).
• Process subscriptions (right action_customer_process_subscriptions).
• GDPR / data export (right action_customer_dataexport).
• Delete the customer with a history check (rights action_customer_delete and entity_customer_delete).
