Functional description
Difficulty level:
Customer actions block
Action-button panel on the customer detail screen: tasks, communication, creating related objects and customer management. Each button is guarded individually per right and – where indicated – per module; buttons you may not use, or whose module is not active, are not shown.
Actions
- Create a task or task group (right entity_todo_create). The task feature itself is not module-bound; setting up task categories and templates does fall under the CRM module.
- Activate a punch card (right action_customer_addknipkaart; requires the Punch card module).
- Create a booking (right action_customer_addbooking).
- Create an invoice (right action_customer_addinvoice; requires the Invoice module).
- Change the customer language (right action_customer_change_language; only when more than one language is available).
- Change the status (right action_customer_statuschange).
- Send an e-mail (right action_customer_sendmail), optionally to an existing conversation (right entity_conversation_read).
- Send an SMS (right action_customer_sendsms; requires the SMS module).
- Merge customers (right action_customer_merge) – see How do I merge customers?.
- Process subscriptions (right action_customer_process_subscriptions; requires the Subscriptions module).
- Integration actions: a dynamic section that only appears once an integration is active for the customer (for example synchronising the customer to an administrative system). Which buttons appear depends on the activated integration(s).
- Export the customer (GDPR / data export) (rights action_customer_dataexport and entity_customer_read).
- Delete the customer with a history check (rights action_customer_delete and entity_customer_delete).
