Right: menu_chatpresence
Grants access to the ‘Colleagues online’ page (chat presence). This page shows, per colleague, their support-chat status (online, away, do not disturb or offline), an optional custom status (emoji + text), the number of active chats versus their capacity, and the time of their last activity. Colleagues who have been inactive in the admin for a while are shown as offline automatically.
The page is only reachable when the support chat is enabled (CRM module active and the support_chat_enabled setting on). Without this right, or without the chat enabled, the menu item is hidden and the page cannot be opened.
