Right: action_cancelrefund_override

Allows the user to enter a different amount than the automatically calculated amount when processing a cancellation refund, for example for a goodwill decision. Without this right the amount field in the processing dialog is read-only. The originally calculated percentage always stays visible next to the adjusted amount.
