Right: action_cancelrefund_reset

Allows the user to reset a processed cancellation refund back to the "to review" status. This is only possible for refunds with status done — a refund that has already been executed automatically, or for which a gift voucher has already been sent, cannot be reset: that money or voucher has already gone out.
