Right: menu_cancelrefundcheck

Gives the user access to the "Actueel" (current) sidebar item and the overview screen where outstanding cancellation refunds are reviewed and processed (mod=cancelrefunds). Without this right the overview and its badge showing the number of outstanding refunds are not visible.
