What happens to the balance of the punchcard, if a reservation is canceled?
A reservation can be paid either partially or fully with a punch card. If the reservation is deleted or canceled, the punch card balance is automatically restored. This applies both to a punch card type with the calculation method 'By price' as well as the calculation method 'Per reservation'.
Example
A customer has purchased a punch card with a balance of ten reservations. The customer then makes one reservation, which changes the punch card balance to nine. The customer cancels the reservation one day in advance. As a result, one reservation is added back to the punch card balance, bringing the balance back to ten.
Note: When a punch card is canceled, the number of reservations or the balance is restored to the punch card balance. When the reservation is later removed from the punch card status, the number of reservations or the balance will not be deducted from the punch card again.
