Event prices (price per participant/ticket)
Example: a concert has two ticket types: adult € 35 and child € 20. A customer books 2 adults and 1 child.
What does the customer see?
| Description | From date | From time | To time | Quantity | Subtotal |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Concert – Adult | Sat 25 Jul 2026 | 20:00 | 22:30 | 2 | € 70.00 |
| Concert – Child | Sat 25 Jul 2026 | 20:00 | 22:30 | 1 | € 20.00 |
| Total | € 90.00 |
When to use this
- It concerns an activity or performance with a fixed date and time.
- The price depends on the ticket type (for example adult, child, member).
How it works
An event object is created in event mode. Prices are not on the regular price schema, but per participant type on the event itself.
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Mode | Event mode (choice when creating the product) |
| Price per ticket | a row per participant type with the price |
| Total | price × count per participant type |
| Fixed amount for the whole event | set as one participant type with that amount |
| Deviating price per event | via the price override on the event |
