When you click Add report in Manage reports, you get an overview with one card per report type. Each card shows a sample image and a short description; the search box above filters on name and description. You pick the type once, when creating the report — from then on the settings determine how it calculates.

Reports that belong to a module

A report type that requires a module only appears in the card list when that module is switched on for your licence. The time registration module adds three reports: Registered hours, Invoiceable work and Billable ratio. Those are documented with that module. The Check-in report only makes sense when you use the floor plan module: it compares bookings with guests who were actually seated.

How to fine-tune the report you picked is described in Report settings.
