Why can I not change the date, time or product of a booking?

In the Booking block of a booking, the product, the date, the start and end time and the number of places cannot be changed. Only fields such as the remark and the reference can still be edited.

This happens with every booking that belongs to an activity. You recognise it by the line Activity id at the bottom of the block. The date, the time and the product then belong to the activity, not to the booking. So even with all rights you cannot change them there. This keeps all bookings at the same moment equal, and keeps the free places of the activity correct.

What should I do instead?

• Another date, time or product for one booking: move the booking to another activity.
• Another date or time for everyone: change the activity itself.
• Another number of people: change the participants of the booking.
