How do I change a booking on an activity?
A booking on an activity takes over the date, the time, the product and the price of the activity. That is why you do not change them on the booking itself, but via the activity. Which way you choose depends on what you want to change.

One booking to another moment or product
- Open the booking and click the activity next to Activity id. The activity dashboard opens.
- In the action block, choose Move bookings.
- Tick only this booking and click Next.
- Find the activity the booking should go to. This can also be an activity of another product. Check the Free places: does the group still fit?
- Optionally set a new status and click Move. The booking takes over the date, time, product and price of the new activity.
Is there no activity yet at the desired moment? Create it first, for example with Copy activity from an existing activity, so the prices come along. More about moving: How do I move bookings to a different event?
The whole activity to another moment
Change the date or time on the activity dashboard. All bookings on that activity move along. Only use this when the whole moment shifts, not for one group. See How can I change the date of an event?
The number of people
Open the booking and change the number per participant type (for example adults and children) in the participants block of the booking. The price is recalculated with the prices of the activity. If the activity is full, you get the message Insufficient places available. Then first increase the number of places of the activity, or move the group to another activity.
The price
Change the block Participant prices on the activity dashboard. Bookings that are made or changed afterwards get the new price.
Cancelling
You cancel one booking as always, with a status change on the booking. If the whole activity is off, change the status of the activity or of all bookings at once. See Can I change the status of all the bookings of an event?
Rights
Moving requires the right action_event_movebookings, changing the date and time of an activity action_event_change_datetime, the prices action_event_change_partprices and the number of places action_event_change_amount.
