Rapporten

A report you open runs straight away with the search saved on it. To see a different period or selection, adjust the search bar and run it again.

Step by step

  1. Click Reports in the sidebar and choose the report.
  2. Set the search fields at the top, for example the period. Which fields you get depends on the report type.
  3. Click Run report.
  4. Look at the result: the chart on top, the table below. Click a number to open the underlying bookings in a new tab.

The buttons next to Run report

  • Print — Prints the report as it appears on screen.
  • Export — Downloads the result as Excel, CSV or PDF.
  • Save report — Stores the current search on the report, so it is used straight away next time. Note: this applies to the colleagues the report is shared with too.
  • Reload report — Retrieves the saved search and runs again — handy when you were experimenting.

More about exporting is in Exporting or printing a report.

Setting the period

The date fields have shortcuts such as last 7 days, this month, last month and last year; you can also pick your own start and end date. Forward-looking reports offer forward shortcuts instead (next 30 days, next month).

On which date a booking counts — the day it was booked or the day of the visit — is a setting of the report, not a search field. See Report settings.

The search fields work exactly as in a filter; that is explained in How do I search in a filter?.

If the report stays empty

  • Check the period: is it set to a range where nothing falls?
  • Check whether your search fields exclude each other, for instance a product plus a location that do not go together.
  • A report shows all booking statuses by default; if you filtered on status, you only see those.
