Rapporten

A report adds up data from your environment and puts it in a table with a chart above it: revenue per month, bookings per channel, occupancy per day. Where a filter shows you individual rows, a report shows the total — while still letting you jump from any number to the rows behind it.

You find your reports in the sidebar under Reports. It lists the reports you own or that are shared with you. Click one and the report runs straight away.

What you see on screen

  • The search bar at the top: this is where you decide what the report calculates over, for example the period or a specific product. The fields work exactly as in a filter.
  • The chart: a line chart, or a heatmap for the numbers report.
  • The table: each row is for instance a product or a channel, each column a day, week or month. The column header is shown short (14-8, W35, 09-2026); hover over it for the full date.
  • The comparison line: with comparison switched on you see the previous period or last year under each value, with a green or red difference percentage.
  • Drill-down: click a number in the table and the underlying bookings open in a new tab, as a filter.

Report, filter or dashboard?

A filter shows individual rows you can edit. A dashboard block shows a single figure or short list on your start page. A report adds up over a period and lets you compare with earlier periods. Looking for the rows behind a number? Use the drill-down in the report — that saves you rebuilding the filter yourself.

What you need

The Reports menu is visible with the right menu_report. It only lists reports you own or that are shared with you. See Why don't I see a report?.
